Ingredients

Rye flour 3 cups (230 ml cup)
Sugar 3 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp

Water 1 cup
Wheat flour 2.5 cups
Rye flour 1.5 cups
Leaven 1 ordinary art. l. (with top)
Slod or kvassn concentrate. wort 1 ordinary art. l.
Apple vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Dry cream 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 ordinary art. l.
Yeast (only SAF-Moment) 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Sourdough preparation: In a large non-metallic wide bowl (I do it in a 3-liter jar), mix all the ingredients until smooth. Stir after 3 hours and refrigerate after 18 hours. The leaven is ready!
  • Bread making: Put all the ingredients in the form in order and place it in the X / P, select the Main menu (for LG - Russian chef), the crust color is medium.
