And I love placinda more from yeast dough. Mom often cooked. Just like a "package" from childhood

mka, great recipe! I also make such cakes. Just for the filling, I stew the grated pumpkin with fried onions, and then salt and pepper ... mmm ... delicious food! ...
mka
lesik_l, I would also prefer yeast, but there are more recommendations for the test on kefir. They write that it is such a dough that is authentic, although there are different recipes in different regions. Therefore, I made just such a dough.

o_olga76 , Thank you. I once saw how the Moldovans cooked, they rubbed the pumpkin very finely and used fresh pumpkin, only added sugar. I did so.

Delicious! My grandmother was preparing such a miracle. She could also put raw potatoes in the middle, cut into slices or !! grape leaves. At first I could not dare to try. As it turned out later, it was in vain. Taste

Please tell me, how thin do you need to roll out the dough, approximately how many ready-made cakes are obtained? I like to make placinths from filo dough, but I haven’t tried such ones yet, but here it’s just kefir that needs to be attached
mka
nikanna, you need to roll it out not thinly, like doing zrazy, then give it a little shape. They rise during frying (frying under the lid). From the given quantity, about 12 pieces are obtained. 2 pieces are enough to eat.

mka, thank you, I also love all kinds of pies. I had a Moldovan headmistress and the way she made them ... mm-mm-mm it was something ...: nyam: Can I throw a link to Moldovan cuisine? Lyudmilka shared the recipe with me from our forum (she is also from Moldova, by the way).
