Curd raspberry pie with oatmeal

Ingredients

For the test:
Oat flour (oatmeal) 165g.
Sugar 80g.
Baking powder 1h l.
Softened butter 100g.
For filling:
Curd 9% 250g.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 150g.
Starch 1h l.
Raspberries (any other frozen, canned, or fresh berry) 200g.

Cooking method

  • Defrost raspberries, drain excess liquid.
  • Prepare the dough: Beat butter with sugar. Add flour (oatmeal) and baking powder. It should make a crumb.
  • Cooking the filling: Beat eggs with sugar. Add cottage cheese, starch. Beat until smooth.
  • Put 1/2 crumbs into a mold (preferably detachable). Top with the filling, then lightly pressing the berries. Cover with the remaining crumb.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 40-50 minutes.
  • Cool in shape. Cut after cooling completely.
  • A pie, so to speak on occasion, because there is nowhere to devat oatmeal !!! But surprisingly it turned out to be very delicate, tasty and aromatic !!! Recommend!: Flowers:

I am very grateful from me and from my husband for a wonderful recipe!

Changes in the recipe - I replaced ordinary sugar with brown sugar, reduced its amount by 2 times for the dough and 2.5 times in the filling, cottage cheese took 1.8 fat, 400 gr. Baked in a silicone mold 23 cm, lined with foil. Berry - defrosted and squeezed blueberries.
The husband is delighted with the oatmeal cake. I myself did not expect that without flour it would come out so crumbly, tender, fragrant! And nothing got wet. Only for some reason the dough turned out to be more uniform than that of everyone who exhibited a photo.

Yulia, the problem is not even in T, but in the fact that it will be difficult to get it from the MV. It is very soft and fragile. I even wrote in the recipe that it is better to use a detachable form to open everything, then cut it into pieces with a spatula and carefully transfer it to a plate.

Omela, very, very tasty, thank you! Baking in an air fryer. Next time, I will increase the amount of cottage cheese by 2 times and decrease the bulk part for greater dieteticity.
I will supplement the review: the cottage cheese was low-fat, I reduced the sugar by everything to 4 tablespoons of dark muscovado + coconut: 2 in the cake and 2 in the filling. It was quite sweet for me.
Special thanks for the cake - an unusual amazing taste.
And the overall flavor picture is practically cheesecake, but not greasy or super sweet.
