Excuse me, I’ll laugh a little, it’s a very accurate comparison. But seriously, I also got this sound not so long ago. I have Alaska for about 3 months, I bake every day. Rollsen was in front of her, there, too, the same story began: at first she creaked, then a knock appeared, then a malfunction in the programs, and now I can't get it from the warranty repair for three months, so I had to buy Alaska. And today I still found a slight abrasion on the ledges in the bucket. It happened faster with Rolsen. And now what i can do ? Just as I hear a creak, I just want to lubricate it somewhere. And where?

Here at the time not to laugh and cry This is just the beginning, it will be worse further. Take it to the service. This is the development of the bearing

Thank you, sazalexter, for advice . But I don't want to go to the service center anymore, in Tula, as I understand it, not everything is fine with this (with non-brand models). We will finish it off and buy a new one, again the same.

And then .... It has been three days since the creak stopped. I bake, as usual, 2 bread per evening. But something creaked and quite hard. In the nest into which the bucket is inserted, I found metal dust, obviously something was scratching. I cleaned the socket with a soft brush and wiped the camera with a damp cloth. It all stopped

Dear bakers. After 2 months of using the x \ stove, my grooves in the bucket have peeled off (closer to the bottom). I read the forum, for other models it happens after a year or two .... I don't use anything abrasive, I don't bake with nuts, etc. ...... Apparently injured when shaking out the finished bread. How are you doing with the coating of the bucket?
Tatiana S.
Happy New Year, Ledka,! Don't worry too much. I had the same story first with the Rolsen HP bucket (after the warranty repair it was replaced for me). In my second HP, Alaska, there is also a slight scuff on the ribs closer to the bottom, but so far nothing sticks. And in terms of timing, when it happens to someone, it is necessary to take into account how intensively HP is used. If people bake once a week, then the period will be long. And I baked 2-3 loaves daily. Now, when there are 2 assistants, the load on them has decreased, I hope they will serve longer. And I still add nuts and candied fruits, only pre-pour candied fruits with boiling water. My Alaska is 5 months old, and Rolsen will soon be a year.
Ledka
Tatyana, thanks for your answer. You have 5 years already, and I have only 2 months. But apparently this is not a warranty case?

Merry Christmas, Ledka! No, no, I have not 5 years of Alaska, but only 5 months. The buckets thus peel off in more expensive models, I saw similar questions on the forum. This is not a warranty case. It was just that my Rolsen was running out of programs and, as I understood, the bucket was also leaking. The water did not flow out, but during baking the oil passed through the gland and solid burnt lumps formed in the nest where the bucket is inserted. Maybe that's why there was a failure in the programs. In the end, after a long red tape, the stove was nevertheless repaired, and the bucket was replaced. Now I shore it, but anyway it will peel off some day, there is nothing eternal. In Alaska, there is already a little rubbing. After shaking out the bread, a part of the adhering crust remains in this place. I fill the bucket with warm water and after a while everything goes away.

I have Alaska for a little more than a year (in short, there is no guarantee) I bake bread every day, such a nasty creak appeared and the further it became the stronger. I had to connect my husband to the problem. He disassembled it, there is no bearing there (there is just a bushing) so over time this creak appeared. We fought this problem in an original way (but maybe someone will help), my husband took a bearing from an old drill (it fit in diameter) and attached it instead of a sleeve. Now Alaska works almost silently and, as an upgrade, we have covered up the speaker with scotch tape, now it is barely audible (now we put bread for the night)))))

Thank you, masiy ! Mine has stopped creaking, but it was. Of course, while she is under warranty, I will not do anything myself, but in the future I will know. The volume of the "beeping" does not bother me, my kitchen is quite far from the bedroom, and somehow I do not particularly notice these beeps, but one of the owners of Mystery's HP recently asked how to turn off the sound. We must advise.

Guys, interesting. can you find a bucket for Alaska. Mine is already so badly peeled off, I get bread with great difficulty. The stove is 2 years old. I don’t know what to do, I don’t want to suffer, I’m thinking about buying a new stove.

There is no bucket officially, unofficially in the service. Otherwise - a new HP!

It's all? Throw it away?

Good day! I will ask here too. Can you please tell me who faced the repair of HP Alaska? First, the bucket began to leak, and then the HP itself stopped kneading the dough, apparently clogged with leaks. There was no list of service centers in the instructions, I don't know what to do with it now.

I have the same problem with the bucket. But recently in the Metro store I saw a bucket from a VM 2700 bread machine. The price is 300 rubles. It is 1 cm lower than Alaska, but it fits very well. Now we bake in it.

And in which department are such buckets sold? My BM 2700 is still several weeks old, but the stock will not hurt
kmp2002
the problem with the squeakiness of the bucket is easily solved. Do not wash the bucket after baking. just wipe dry !!!! with a rag. Wash just before baking. all. No creaking.
