Butter - 40 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 310 g
Yeast 1 tsp

The sequence of laying in the bowl: milk + butter + salt + sugar + flour + yeast.
It turns out a great bun!
Basic program (duration 2:48), weight 500 g, dark crust.
I put in 20 g of butter by mistake, but it still turned out very tasty!
The bar came out weighing 484 g. The crumb is soft, the crust is crispy! The taste is delicious!
