On the sides we spread the beetroot circles, sprinkle this case with parsley prepared in advance and fill it with broth. You can decorate aspic with a slice of lemon, a circle of hard-boiled eggs. Leave the fish in the refrigerator until the jelly hardens.
  • Gefilte fish is served in its own jelly with red horseradish, boiled potatoes and slices of boiled jelly beets. Under this fish, ordinary white table wines with sourness are good, since your fish will take the sweetness from beets and fish pulp. Some people eat fish not as a jellied dish, but hot.
