This is delicious! I know! Sometimes I also make small mushrooms. A very good recipe!
Sveta3
Can I have a photo of this special form?
Moskvichk @
The picture shows real mushrooms !!!

Natusik, do you also make mushrooms using the mold? There are no forms, but I often do brushwood, it would be interesting!

I also have similar forms (since the time of the union), though in the form of a snowflake and some two flowers. The brushwood is really very tasty, though it's very fatty, that's why I do it very, very rarely, to be honest, I don't remember when I did it the last time, but they reminded me and wanted to. I got these forms from my mother, I remember when she made them for us in childhood, it was a holiday for my brother and me. It's really delicious, you can't do it by hand. Now I have never seen such forms: rose: By the way, I add a little more vodka to the dough, so my mother did so that the products pulled less fat into themselves.

I also have these shapes in the form of snowflakes and flowers. Only one handle. Because my own uniform was one, and I bought additional ones about three years ago at a flea market for some ridiculous three hryvnia apiece. It will be necessary to raise the parent to make a handle (just an iron rod with the necessary screw thread). There will be good fun in winter. But the molds for the mushrooms did not come across

I also have uniforms from Soviet times. But nowadays, from time to time, a woman sits on the market with dough and boiling oil (this terrifies me) and fries these fungi and, of course, sells molds. I don't remember the price, but not expensive. As soon as I see her, I'll ask for the exact one. And who is interested I can buy and send. The only thing is that her work schedule is not stable, when no one knows when she appears, but last year before the New Year's holidays she was sitting, that's for sure! and the excitement around her was

it would be very interesting. If within 10-15 UAH. apiece, then I would buy a couple.

Well, sending us to Kazakhstan is probably like the moon. And do not show a photo of your mold, maybe they also sell at flea markets, I just did not pay attention. Thank you in advance.

We have a photo of this mold! In Temka about culinary gadgets ...

Honey mushrooms (cookies like brushwood)
of this kind of molds, they are certainly not the same as modern ones, because they are already about 40 years old, and by the way they were bought in Kazakhstan in the early 70s. Initially, there was also a tee in the form of a triangle onto which all three forms were screwed at once, if necessary, and baked simultaneously.

What means "gently dip the baking dish for such mushrooms into the dough and then into boiling oil for literally 1-1.5 minutes"? Looked at the links on the topic of kitchen lotions, I still don't catch up ... I don't remember the union and I have never seen such outlandish molds."
I bake brushwood from baking soda dough, rolled into a 5mm layer and cut into diamonds. In each rhombus, a hole is made in the center through which one of the corners is pulled. It turns out a curl, floating like a boat in boiling oil for 40-80 seconds (depending on the size), then pulled out with a fork. Fast and delicious!
Tell us in more detail, but how to make these mushrooms? And what to do with those "flower" and "snowflake" shapes, to which place should they be applied? If I understand, I will carve the same molds. They are very beautiful!
valvery
Oca brushwood cookies only mean that they both taste similar, but not the appearance and they are fried in a large amount of oil. I put up a photo of the tool itself. Now, looking at it, read it, the ribbed surface is dipped into the dough, that is, not the entire metal part. namely, the ribbed surface and the dough spreads over it and immediately into boiling oil, where it will swell like a fungus and fry on the ribbed surface, forming a mushroom plate, and the excess dough will flow into the hole in the center (see?) and form a leg. This whole process will take no more than 1-1.5 minutes, since dipping the tool into the dough does not make it deeply. Well, if you don't understand, don't worry. I'll knead the dough and take off the whole process step by step. It will probably be easier

valvery You are welcome!!! take off, take off, so interesting, I have never seen it !!

Yeah, now it's clear what's the matter and how the dough gets into the hole. Thank you

Mushroom shape for skilled and economical owners

will allow you to cook deep-fried cookies in the original shape in the form of mushrooms.

In this case, the recipes can be chosen at your own will and discretion.

The technology for cooking mushrooms is very simple and does not require much effort. But the result will exceed all your expectations.

In addition to the prepared dough, you need to heat the vegetable oil in any small container. In this case, the height of the oil layer should be more than 2 cm. For this, you can use a metal mug, an aluminum baking dish for Easter, or an ordinary frying pan with a small diameter.

Dip the tip of the mold into boiling oil and heat slightly. 0.5 tsp pre-prepared dough of medium thickness, apply a neat layer to the entire surface of the mold, and press it lightly to the edges.

Dip the dough pan in hot oil and fry over low heat until tender.

Thanks for the dough recipe!
I have forms, still Soviet, without a prescription. I did it according to Internet recipes, but every time it turned out differently than in the picture. Now I will taste your dough.
lurika
I made such flowers and donuts back in Soviet times, molds are lying around somewhere. Now I don’t, somehow at the present time people try not to eat such fatty fried foods, and so do I.
