Ingredients

chicken fillet 500g
medium carrots 3 pcs
big bell pepper 1 PC
green onion 1/2 bundle
soy sauce 3 tbsp. spoons
balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons
Brown sugar 2 tsp
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken fillet into ribbons. Fry in vegetable oil. It takes about 6-7 minutes. Transfer the meat from the pan to a plate. If necessary, add a little more vegetable oil to the pan and fry the peppers, cut into thin slices, and carrots, cut like a carrot. I grated the carrots Bern. Add onion feathers, cut into about 3 cm pieces. Stir gently and fry until the pepper is soft and crispy. It's not long at all: 4-6 minutes. Put the chicken on the vegetable mass, mix.
  • Make a sauce: soy sauce, vinegar, sugar. Pour the sauce over the chicken with vegetables. Stir, simmer, covered for 2-3 minutes.
