Pizza with meat balls

Ingredients

Flour 350g
Dry yeast 1 sachet
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt and sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Filling:
minced meat (pork) 250g
egg 1 PC
smoked bacon 6 strips
Parmesan cheese (grated on a coarse grater) 250g
Bitter hot chili 0.5 pod
Ketchup 6 tbsp. l.
Grows. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Chopped parsley 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour yeast and sugar into a bowl, pour half a glass of warm water. Stir and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes, until the mixture foams. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt, make a well in the center. Pour in olive oil, yeast mixture and 150 ml of warm water. Knead the dough. Knead for 5 minutes. Leave it covered for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Prepare the filling. Finely chop the hot pepper. Mix with minced meat, parsley and egg, season with salt and pepper.
  • Make small walnut-sized balls from the minced meat.
  • 3. Heat 2 tbsp in a frying pan. l. vegetable oil and fry the balls on all sides until brown.
  • 4. Dice sweet peppers. Slice the bacon thinly too.
  • 5. Roll out the dough, place in a greased round dish so that you get a small side. Pour the tomato sauce over the pizza base.
  • 6. Preheat the oven to 200g. Spread the meat balls evenly on the pizza, add pieces of bell pepper and bacon. Sprinkle cheese on top and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
