Ingredients

milk 150 ml
water 150 ml

soy sauce 1 tsp
chicken broth 600ml

Cooking method

  • Wrap the sausages with bacon. Grease the form with vegetable oil, put the sausages and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes
  • Prepare a batter from the above products. And pour it into the forum with sausages. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • While the cake is baking, you need to prepare the sauce. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add flour and stir to chew on the fire for 1-2 minutes. Add mustard and soy sauce, stir. Pour in chicken broth, stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Cook until thick, without a lid, 15 minutes.

Note

Why "Ponty"? Yes, because you just had to bake the sausages in the oven, pour the baked sausages with a really delicious sauce, and everything would be fine and tasty. BUT!
This is what is called a dough that ruined everything. You yourself understand 0.5 cups of flour per 300 ml of liquid and 1 (one!) Egg gave a substance that is unlike anything else. Neither dough nor porridge for you. Moreover, my form is enameled, not Teflon, so all this substance also stuck to the bottom
