Ingredients

pearl barley 1/2 measuring cup
buckwheat 1/2 measuring cup
rice MIX (3 rice) 1/2 measuring cup
clean water 3.5 measuring cups
porcini mushrooms (frozen) 1/2 cup
bulb onions 1 head medium
fresh parsley 1-2 tbsp. l.
fresh garlic 2 teeth crush
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
butter 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cooking in the Multicooker CUCKOO 1054, Kashmaker mode
  • Barley, rice, buckwheat were not pre-soaked.

Note
