Rice with champignons and Chinese cabbage in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

long grain rice 2 glasses
fresh champignons 6 large
Chinese cabbage 5-6 leaves
fresh onion 1 large onion
marjoram, oregano, dried basil by a pinch

Cooking method

  • 1. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil on the "Pastry", add long chopped onions. While it comes to transparency, we cut the mushrooms. We throw it to the onion. Pekingu: cut the hard part into cubes, green straws. Add to onions and mushrooms. Salt, add seasonings, give them a few minutes to "make friends".
  • 2. We wash the rice, pour it into the cartoon, add water (I take 1.5 times more than rice). We turn on the pilaf mode.
  • And that's all.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

Easy, simple and delicious

Valentina, what if without multi? Prepare everything, for example, in a deep frying pan or a cast iron for pilaf, and then there rice and how is pilaf - until rice is ready? I liked the recipe very much, I love these dishes

Vlada, and llyokhko!
I did it in a frying pan and in a wok. My mule only recently appeared completely.
You do everything in the same sequence as I wrote. After filling with water (but here I take water clearly 2 times more, and not 1.5), let everything boil, stir, cover, DO NOT RISE it for 20 minutes and do not interfere. Cook over low heat. And you will be OK
A! ABOUT! I forgot to say that I do it only in a non-stick container, it can stick in a cast iron.

Class, thank you, Valentina for a detailed clarification !!!

Thank you very much, Valentina, for a simple and delicious recipe. Traditional dishes have already set the teeth on edge, but this "funny pilaf", as my son called it, fell in love with the family and after 30 minutes only a memory remained. Require repetition tomorrow

To your health! I am very happy
