Ingredients

banana 1 PC.
almond 60 g
hazelnut 60 g
raisins 60 g
dates 100 g
yolk 2 pcs.
sugar 40 g
wine 50 ml
honey 100g

Cooking method

  • Grind nuts, raisins, dates. Add honey. Cut the banana into slices. Cover the molds with parchment paper. Put a small amount of the nut mixture on the bottom of the dish, the banana slices, again the nut mixture, the bananas and again the mixture. Stir the yolks with sugar, add wine. Beat in a water bath. Pour the sauce over the dessert. There are options for filling the molds with the constituent components of the dessert. Bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Flip onto dessert plates. Decorate with banana slices.

I found this recipe on the My comments site. I decided to ignore the advice on parchment, relying on silicone molds. And in vain. If it was possible to walk on the sides of the forms with a knife and separate from the walls, then the dessert still stuck to the bottom. Further, since the sauce is thick enough, and the nut-honey mass is dense, the sauce does not flow through, but remains on the surface. In order for it to saturate the dessert as much as possible, I often, often pierced it with a toothpick, and still there was a disproportionate amount of sauce. The rest of the dessert is very tasty!
