Ingredients

water 2 glasses
butter 180g
salt ~ 1 tsp
flour 300g
egg 6 pcs
ground cinnamon 1 tsp
powdered sugar
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with cinnamon. Bring water to a boil, salt, add oil, let it dissolve completely. Add flour quickly, but not all at once, but in parts, reduce heat to a minimum and knead until the dough leaves the walls. Remove the pan from the heat and let the dough cool slightly. Beat eggs lightly and pour into dough. Knead well, the dough should be smooth and shiny. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag. The tip should be large, star-shaped. But I did not have such a nozzle, I used what I had. Heat vegetable oil with a saucepan and deposit oblong rings directly into the oil. Fry for 1 minute on each side until golden brown. Put the finished rings on a paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • The rings did not work for me. But I think that's okay. It's still very tasty! And from this amount of products, a lot of Churosss (?) Turned out. We ate churros in the summer at a Mexican restaurant in California. Only they are with the addition of rice flour and inside some kind of layer is tender and tasty.
