  • Filling: Chop the meat and bacon into small cubes, finely chop the cabbage, cut the onion into half rings.
  • Fry the meat until tender in vegetable oil, add onion, cabbage, salt and pepper. Put out. Add lard 5 minutes before readiness, simmer. Allow the filling to cool.

I'm just returning to the basics - I took out the long-forgotten and once with all my heart my beloved Brown double boiler
Good recipe, thanks!

julifera, try it. A very simple recipe.

I will be very grateful if you indicate in the recipe amount of flour.I do kneading in HP, frankly speaking, I am not friends with yeast dough. Therefore, I use strictly recipes.
Tatyana81
prubul, I'm glad that you like the recipe. Pigody dough is 100% bread dough. So feel free to make yeast dough for your favorite bread in cotton, only after the second kneading before the main proofing, put the dough from cotton and form pies. Any shape of pies, from small round ones to "hot dogs" long to the elbow. If something is not clear - ask.
