Boiled condensed milk muffins

Ingredients

butter 100g
sugar 150g
eggs 2 pcs
sour cream 200g
vanillin 1h l.
wheat flour 2st.
baking powder (soda) 1h l. (0.5 h. l)
boiled condensed milk 1b.
salt 1 / 2h l.

Cooking method

  • Grind softened butter and sugar, add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt. Knead the dough.
  • Fill the cake pan to 1/3 of its volume, level the surface with a spoon, put a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk in the center and close with dough, filling the forms 2/3 full.
  • Bake prepared muffins in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 * C.

This recipe is taken from Elena Smakovets brochure "Dough. Yeast, puff, shortbread, custard."
It is very convenient to fill the forms with dough using a bag with a cut corner or using a pastry bag, I also squeezed condensed milk. The muffins are not dry and resemble a little shortbread dough, but I think. that this is due to homemade sour cream. If you take store sour cream, then the dough will be denser and drier. Those who do not like too much sweets can safely reduce the amount of sugar. The cake is sweet and from condensed milk.
I have a 250ml glass.
I plan to experiment with chocolate dough, and put white, not boiled, condensed milk.
