Spinach cream soup with garlic croutons

Ingredients

Spinach 3 bundles
Potatoes 5 medium
Leek taste
Cream 10% 300 ml
Water 2 l
For croutons:
Baton, vegetable oil and garlic

Cooking method

  • Pour water into a saucepan, add potatoes and leeks. Cook everything until tender. Rinse the spinach, cut off the legs and add to the potatoes and onions. Boil for exactly a minute and put everything in a blender. Pour in warm cream, boil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Crutons. Chop the loaf, chop the garlic in a frying pan, fry it in butter and add the loaf. When all the oil is absorbed, put it to dry in the oven.
  • Serve the soup with croutons and a sprig of herbs.
