Sour cream 200 g
Mayonnaise 100 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Flour 200 g
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Pumpkin 200 g
Sesame 2 tbsp. l.
Gorgonzola cheese 100 g

Cooking method

  • We mix all the liquid components, you can beat it slightly, add everything dry and knead the dough with a spatula or spoon.
  • We put it in a mold, make small sides, grated pumpkin on top, mixed with sesame seeds. Bake until half cooked, then sprinkle with crumbled gorgonzola cheese on top. If such a cheese, another spicy one will easily do; but of course the taste will be different.

Yes, pumpkin with sesame seeds and gorgonzola is delicious! I myself would not have bought this cheese - my friends gave it a lot, more kilos. No one eats at home except me - they don't like the smell. And I am burning up!
