Ingredients
Chicken ventricles 1 kg
Rice 100 gr
Bow 2 pcs.
Garlic 2 cloves
Egg 1 pc.
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper, spices 0.5 tsp.
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.
Cooking method

Boil rice until cooked. Twist the chicken ventricles through a meat grinder together with rice, onions and garlic. Add egg, salt and pepper to the resulting minced meat. Form cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown on each side and covered for 25 minutes until tender.
