Apple Squash Pudding (in Brand 37501)

Ingredients

squash 300 BC
Apple 200 BC
eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
semolina 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Apple-squash pudding on "Par-Meat" 50 minutes
  • Fry the zucchini on "Fry-Fish" for 25 minutes with the lid closed, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • Apple Squash Pudding (in Brand 37501)
  • Purée the zucchini + green apple. Stir in 2 yolks + 3 tbsp. l. sugar + 5 tbsp. l. decoys. Add 2 beaten egg whites. Pour the dough into a mold (I didn't find a silicone mold of a suitable size, I had to adapt a heat-resistant glass bowl for this purpose). We put it on a steamer stand (the idea to cook puddings in this way came from VS NIKA ). Pour water into the bowl so that the entire steamer stand is in the water (up to the bottom of the bowl). We turn on the "Steam-Meat" mode for 50 minutes.

Note

The pudding turns out to be very tasty and tender

Take it out of the mold very carefully - it is very delicate
