Ingredients

sauerkraut 600 g
meat (in this case pork) 200-300 gr
bulb 1 PC.
tomato paste 3-4 tbsp. l.
sugar 2-3 st. l.
salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the onion and fry until golden brown, on the "Toasting" program, level 1. Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the onion, fry. Salt a little. Rinse the cabbage with water so that it is not very sour. Can be done 1: 1 with fresh cabbage, it tastes like. Put the cabbage in a saucepan with the meat and onions. Add tomato paste and sugar, stir. Close the multicooker and turn on the \ "Stew \" program. Finally add salt, pepper and bay leaf. The cabbage stewed well, became soft and very beautiful. It turned out very tasty, and most importantly, a minimum of labor costs, since I used to cook in a saucepan on the stove, I had to constantly stir so that it did not burn. Eat to your health!
