Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 2h l.
Fresh / dry yeast 12g. \ 4y.
Water (water + milk optional) 50g.
Sugar 1h l.
Dough:
Opara
Wheat flour 380g.
Water 200g.
Sugar 2h l.
Salt 2 \ 3h. l.
Interlayer:
Vegetable oil
Sugar
For lubrication:
Egg (optional) 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Prepare dough. Grind yeast with sugar (dry mix with flour), add water, flour, mix and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  • Cooking the dough. Pour the dough into a bucket of HP, flour, sugar, salt on top. Dough mode. Start kneading with 350g. flour and add until smooth, elastic bun.
  • At the end of kneading, put the dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, form a ball and place in a container lightly greased with vegetable oil. I defended in MV Brand, dough mode for 1 hour.
  • After a lapse of time, knead the dough, divide into 2 parts. Roll each piece into a rectangle, grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar, roll up the long side and cut into pieces. Moreover, 3-4 pieces should be 2 times larger than the rest.
  • Cover the form, if not silicone, with paper. Put large pieces in the center, small ones around.
  • Cut large pieces to the middle with scissors and spread out the "petals". Pour sugar in the middle.
  • Cover the form with a bag and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes until doubled. I put it in the oven with the light on and a mug of boiling water.
  • Brush with egg before baking (for non-fasting). I lubricated.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the mold and cool on a wire rack.

Note

For non-fasting people, some of the water can be replaced with milk. And I also want to remind you that lean baked goods get stale faster than butter baked goods. Therefore, it is better to bake the optimal amount for 1-2 days.
