Carp stewed with winter vegetables in MOULINEX MK 7001 multicooker

Ingredients

Carp 1-2 pcs.
Beet 1-2 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Potato 6-8 pcs.
Water about 0.5 l
Sunflower oil about 50 ml

Cooking method

  • This fish was cooked by my Odessa grandmother, however, in a saucepan (the fish was stewed over low heat for 2-3 hours). I "adapted" it to the multicooker.
  • Peel the fish, cut into portions. Onions - in half rings, other vegetables - in mugs. Put everything in a slow cooker, salt, add water. In a saucepan, water should barely cover the food, in a multicooker it is needed, of course, less. Add oil. Extinguishing mode 3-4 hours.
  • I have a MOULINEX MK 7001 Multicooker. She extinguishes - in fact, simmering at a rather low temperature. So it takes time to adjust according to your multicooker. Fish bones should be soft.

ABOUT!!!! I ate this at my aunt's in a village near Kiev. Only they extinguished carp. It was delicious that the bones are soft, like in canned food. I was still surprised that the beet was a raspberry fish!
