Ingredients

Water 300 g
Vegetable oil 10 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Whole grain rye flour 250 gr.
Wheat flour 250 gr.
Yeast 1.5 tsp
Instant black coffee (optional for color) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Fill up everything according to the instructions for your HP. Bake a whole grain bread program. I don't like this bread in the accelerated mode. The dough may not be exactly steep. But the bread turns out to be quite airy. I actually take 310 grams. water. The bread is also very airy. I don’t like the whole grain bread - it crumbles very much. You can add a mixture of seeds, flaxseed, etc. to taste. Bake to your health.
