Shanghai Chicken Sticks

Ingredients

Boiled chicken breast 600g
vegetable oil 300 ml
eggs 3 pcs
sesame seeds 6-8 st. l.
breadcrumbs 200g
flour 100g
garlic 3 cloves
curry 0.5 tsp
dried basil 1 tsp
ground red pepper 0.5 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Combine flour, red pepper, salt, curry, chopped garlic, basil and stir.
  • Cut the chicken breast into strips 3 cm thick and roll them in the mixture of flour and spices.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Combine breadcrumbs with sesame seeds and mix.
  • Dip the chicken strips into the beaten eggs.
  • Then roll in breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
  • Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
