  • Put all the ingredients in a baking dish (Panasonic SD 257 bread maker) in the same order: yeast, flour, salt and sugar, butter or margarine (in this recipe I took 60% fat) cut into smaller pieces, fresh ginger (peel and chop either on a grater or with a knife) vanilla - on the tip of a teaspoon and in conclusion - water. Program \ "Basic mode \" Time: 4-00 o'clock (but you can set two o'clock, it will also work) The size is medium, the crust is also medium.

Note

Tall, handsome, with a subtle vanilla-ginger aroma. The crust is crispy. The pulp is airy, sweetish and spicy. In one word - Tasty!

I put this bread down now, let's see what happens. Added 1 tsp. ordinary and 1 tsp. vanilla sugar. Fast Whole Grain Mode (I liked how the preheated dough turns out).
