Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into large pieces.
  • Cut the onion coarsely. Three carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the pepper into large pieces.
  • Turn on the Browning level 2 mode. I fry meat and vegetables in a little oil. Turn off the Browning mode.
  • I fall asleep to fry the pasta, pour boiling water to lightly cover the pasta with liquid, stir it, taste it for salt.
  • I turn on the Multi-cook mode for 8 minutes, 110 * C and bring the stew to readiness.

For a long time I was looking for an option for cooking pasta (pasta) in the Kuku slow cooker! I ate pasta over the roof during this time!
This option, on Multipovar, seemed the best and most affordable!

I came to the conclusion that it is better to cook pasta with a long boil in a slow cooker; cook on the package for 10-13 minutes. Such pasta will not boil over too much and will retain its shape.

Now it remains to select the amount of water. In my version today, a little too much water, but it turned out to be very handy, the macaroons were well cooked, did not fall apart, and it turned out a little gravy!

Then I will try the option with decreasing the amount of water. But I will not reduce the cooking time, it seemed to me to taste that this is optimal!

Answers:

1. When the lid is closed, it means that you need to lift the lid up, and turn the lever on it towards you to the "closed" position and press the "Start" button. Then the lid will remain in the open position, it is convenient to interfere, nothing will burn and the program will work.

2. If the pasta is supposed to cook for 13 minutes, then they will not be ready in 5 minutes, if you take them half as much, or even three pasta
