Ingredients

Cooking method

To do this, make minced meat - no onions !, finely chopped parsley, 4 tablespoons of starch and 2 proteins, salt and pepper. Minced meat must be elastic.

Judging by the amount (2 tsp) you have turmeric powder in your recipe and not saffron at all. That much saffron is ruin. This may well lead to recipe confusion. And you have saffron and turmeric are not the same thing.It's just that turmeric is often called Indian saffron (since turmeric powder is very popular and widespread in India, it is an integral part of curry, and it is also used as a cheap substitute for real saffron, hence the name), although it has nothing to do with true saffron. Turmeric is from the genus ginger. And the true saffron is the stigma of the saffron crocus (there are also several types of it). These are different plants and different spices. And the color really gives a similar and saturated.

alina-ukhova, based on this recipe, I cooked soup today. I had minced meat prepared in advance, but with onions and garlic. I added parsley to it, proteins and starch did not. There was not a single egg on the "nuts" at home, so I made garlic croutons from 3-day homemade bread. I got the idea from here... The rest is prescription. It turned out sooooo tasty! The family appreciated it, even the eldest son, who is still fussy, said that it was delicious and beautiful. And I ate the whole portion. And the younger silently ate two. Well, what else does mom need to be happy?
