And I baked bread according to your recipe. Only remade. Instead of a rice mixture, I had 100 rice flour + 50g flaxseed flour + 50g tapioca starch. Instead of sesame flour - 50 grams of peanut flour. I also added a teaspoon of chestnut honey for color. The bread rose, not much true., But it was with holes. Pts taste like Borodinsky from the store. It's unusual that the crumb is moist, but I understand that gluten-free bread will not have any other way.
I should have taken a picture, next time I will show it. The child ate, and I myself used it with pleasure and butter.

I got up very much, but then fell down.
