Ingredients

a hen 2kg
shin 1 PC
gelatin 25gr
ground black pepper 1 tsp
garlic 5 teeth
lard, raw 500gr

Cooking method

  • Boil lard, drumstick and chicken until tender. Chop the drumstick very finely and cut the chicken into cubes. Cut the bacon into pieces, which you like better, I like smaller. Soak the gelatin in cold water until it swells completely, then add the hot broth. so that it dissolves. Grind the garlic in a blender. In a large bowl, combine all the meat products. add garlic and pepper, add salt to taste, and then add a cup of dissolved gelatin and mix again. Put everything in a plastic bag and under a small press in a cold place. Thanks to gelatin, there are no voids in this saltison and it does not fall apart into pieces, and due to the fact that the garlic is not cooked, the appetizer has a pronounced garlic-peppery taste!

Note

In terms of the range of products and cost at the exit, this is a cheap and satisfying dish.
