Kind you Vanya28 and your valuable advice ... Can you tell me how to turn on the "Baking" program with a timer delay. And then everything is well written in the book, but in practice it does not work

In your HP, perhaps, there is no such option - a postponement for "Baking".

But I have a timer ... I can put other programs with a delay, but the instructions do not say about baking ...

So what if there is a timer - have you used it on other programs? Works?
For example, in some HP the timer is not for all programs. Perhaps yours too.

OJGG, try to set your program, all kneading and proofing, indicate the time 0, and when it comes to baking, indicate the time you need. You can put your program on a timer. I really haven't tried that, but it might work.
But what I can immediately warn you about, if you want to do the opposite: knead, strain and not bake, then it will not work in this oven, it has a mandatory 10 minutes for baking in programmed mode

You have a superb bread maker. Programmable. I have the same! Go to the neighboring forum My
bread maker, they laid out (and myself included) instructions with recipes. not the same as in a bread maker. And all at once you will succeed!

Thanks for the advice. I just make white bread in HP, but I can't do it with rye. I found a recipe according to which it was necessary to knead and then put the stove on the timer for three hours before raising the dough and bake. so the problem arose as baking after three hours ustanovit? True, the report didn’t raise in three hours: wow: smith. but this is another story. just bread: drinks: I just can't do it.

you know, I can't do pure rye either. I make it in a mixture of rye and wheat flour - Darnitsky, there are recipes here. And I usually bake it on the main program, we have 1 program. Sometimes, when I do not miss it, I already take out the mixer for 3 batch. Bread always turns out well! If you don’t find recipes and instructions on that forum, then I’ll scan mine and send it to you by email. But there is a very large amount of information, I bought a whole folder with files like even 60 pages. Let me know.

Hope, you can get a recipe for what you get without problems, or at least a link to it

This is how I often bake! Program number 1.
We take bread weighing 500 g.
1 kneading - 3 min.
2 kneading - 31 minutes,
1 Test set - 26 minutes
3 kneading - 15 seconds
2nd approach of the test - 25 minutes
4 kneading - 15 seconds
3 test approach - 55 minutes
Baking - 45 minutes
Total time 3 hours 5 minutes
Here the crust color is average.
Flour weight 350 grams.
I take 245 ml of water with 1 egg at a time.
I often use old kefir, milk, and any similar dairy products instead of water. which can be diluted with the same water. Serum.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon, salt 1 teaspoon, sugar 2 teaspoons, dry yeast 1 teaspoon = 5 ml.
Yes, after baking, my bread is still heated for 30 minutes, then I turn off the oven, open the lid, take it out for a couple of minutes and then let it cool completely.

And someone like Vanya pointed out here, I can't bake. For not being able to buy some ingredients. We do not live in the capital, we are in the Crimea. There is even a problem to buy malt. If you buy current kvass, and there is a bag of malt. And so the current is similar to mine.
