Ingredients

Cod liver 1 can
green pea 4 tbsp. l.
pickled cucumber 2 pcs. small
egg 2 pcs.
brown bread croutons 4 tbsp. l.
green onion 2 tbsp. l.
mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • photo illustrates cooking
  • We cook the croutons ourselves, as we are used to. I added salt, a drop of olive oil and fried under the grill.
  • we put everything in heaps, in the center of the dish - mayonnaise. mix on the table, so the crackers will not get wet, and it looks spectacular
  • it turned out a good salad, everyone liked me

yeah, girls, try it, I took quail eggs, they seem to be prettier, and mayonnaise is the lightest there is - the liver is fat. it is tasty, I liked it even more than the one that I always did before (in layers - liver in pieces, then pickled onions, then line the quail eggs in halves on top, coat everything with mayonnaise mesh).

the peas have a creamy consistency, and this does not contradict the cod liver .. and corn, it seems to me, will not be quite good here - and the cucumber, and crackers, and also corn - there will be too much hard .. olives would probably be good, but after all You won't put a lot of them, they will clog the taste of other ingredients, and peas here just go as a filler, for volume.

Rusechka, I was completely confused, for me the question of replacing ingredients in a recipe is always the most painful ..

then maybe boil the potatoes and cubes? if there are no peas at all, then it seems to me that this will be an acceptable replacement
