For the New Year I received a present - HP Kenwood BM 450. I was worn out from the first day. I tried several varieties of flour, changed the yeast - the bread did not rise well. Today the son took the KP to himself (he has some KP, the bread is excellent) and repeated the whole baking process in parallel with his own. All operations were controlled, but in my HP, baking began in the process of raising the dough, and everything was in order in the other oven.
What to do? Tell me who had the same situation.

What and in what mode are you doing?
Olga1955
At first they sinned on the components. The flour and yeast were changed several times. Bread was baked according to 1 program. A 1 kg loaf makes up half a bucket. HP has hot sides and lid. The indicator shows the rise of the dough, and the temperature is already boiling in the oven.

Based on what you said, it is clear that your bread maker is defective.

Yes thank you. We called the online store (for free. Ru), sent to the warranty workshop. The workshop replied that they do not work with this store. They called back to the store again, answered - call on January 10, the management will come and decide what to do with our stove. Perhaps they will come to pick them up and take them to the workshop. Very dumb.

So I didn't get up at all the second time ((
I sin the same for flour, yeast, for the wrong weight, which I laid ... Maybe, too, marriage? ((
Have you solved your problem?
What kind of flour did you make? And yeast? Have you used an electronic scale?
Olga1955
We have solved our problem. On January 8, we handed over the stove for warranty repair. Will be ready after January 25th. Flour was tasted by both the falconer and the 3rd mill. Both are good. We also used electronic scales and measuring cups (moreover, we took 5 types of them and in all we got different weights). So, we ended up with a defective stove. I will write what happened, when I get it from the repair, and how the oven will continue. Success to all.

Thank you! I will very much wait for your impressions of the stove after the repair: I am very worried that I may also have a marriage, because everything is very similar to your story ((

Hello everyone. Yesterday I received HP from repair. Replaced the control board (said: friends: manufacturing defect). Bread was immediately baked. Delicious !!! After the repair, the HP began to work quieter and does not fry so much. The bread went well and baked well.

It remains to prepare a medal and become a pro !!!

I have HP kenwood vm 260, the first time I did not get bread. because there was a problem in the yeast, I changed it and everything worked out. The main thing is to observe the weight of the products and everything will be OK (yes, it is still desirable on the rise and during baking do not open the lid - the dough may settle)
