Chocolate tart

Ingredients

Butter, or margarine 80 gram
Flour 160 grams
Yolk 1 PC
Chocolate 200g
Cream or the fattest sour cream 300ml
Butter 20 grams
Eggs 2 pcs
Powdered sugar 1 st. l
Potato starch 1 st. l

Cooking method

  • Delicious chocolate tart
  • The finest dough and a lot of chocolate
  • The recipe is adapted for the multicooker DEX -60
  • Dough
  • I took all the proportions for the TEST in double size. Be sure to cover the saucepan with paper, with the condition that you can grab the ends of the paper and get the tart.
  • Grate softened butter or chop with a knife, or knead with your hands.
  • Add flour and, rubbing with your hands, make a crumb.
  • Gradually, all the butter will mix with the flour, forming large lumps.
  • At this point, beat in the egg yolk and quickly knead the dough (it's important to do this quickly so that the butter doesn't melt).
  • The dough should be UNIFORMAL, so it will take you no more than 5 minutes to knead
  • Now, pinching off the dough ball a little bit, "close up" the whole form. The sides must be at least 3 cm high.
  • Put the form with the dough in the refrigerator, at least - for 20 minutes.
  • In a multicooker-15 minutes baking mode, until golden brown
  • Filling
  • Pour cream into a saucepan, add broken chocolate and butter. While stirring, heat over medium heat until the chocolate and butter are melted. Remove from stove.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs slightly. The main thing is to just mix the yolk and white.
  • Now pour the egg mixture into the chocolate. Stir constantly with a spatula to keep the eggs from curdling.
  • Pour the finished filling onto the prepared and slightly chilled dough base and put it back in the slow cooker.
  • Baking mode -1 hour
  • The center of the finished tart should be slightly under-baked.
