Little tip, the oatmeal is best chopped in a blender until it is almost flour-like.

Karina, thanks again.
I did, everything worked out.
Next time I'll take 160 grams of flour.
This time, the cookies did not blur, but remained small hemispheres.
It's still delicious!
And what structure should the finished cookie be?
I got sandy crumbly.
Still, oatmeal cookies should be a little stringy ...

Thanks for the recipe. Really simpler, but insanely delicious. I baked several times with raisins, dried apricots and also corn flakes (just in the bag there was a scrap of flakes) so tasty that the cookies do not live for more than 6 hours!

Huge! Thank you SO MUCH! The recipe resembles my grandmother's recipe for "homemade cookies", but I put 200g of oatmeal (I ground the flakes to the state of flour) and 120g of wheat flour, a little cinnamon and a little imber .. my family is just delighted! I didn't even have time to photograph the cookies - they were dared in 10 minutes! My father said that he had not eaten such oatmeal cookies since childhood! They just melt in your mouth! Thank you and happy last holiday!
By the way, if anyone is interested in the calorie content of cookies about 420 kcal per 100 g, I got it Very high in calories, but insanely tasty!

I also baked it, beautiful, aromatic, but have not tried it yet, on a diet. Then I will be sure to report .... But then a question arose: And who will say why the store-bought dark such cookies, and this is light, due to what is this color there ??

After all, it is not all dark, there is also light. Judging by the composition written on the package, some use brown sugar, some use dark molasses, all manufacturers use cinnamon. And it also seems to me that it depends on oatmeal. I have been baking oatmeal cookies for a long time according to the same recipe, and the color is different, and if I also add buckwheat honey, then generally it turns out dark brown.

Girls, I also baked a cookie - delicious, but not like a store one. In general, I set out to find out what is included in the store-bought oatmeal cookies and was surprised - I looked at the composition of two different companies. In both cases, the composition includes ... apple jam!
Karina, thanks for the easy and delicious recipe!

Karina, good afternoon.
My 3 year old daughter is allergic to lactose, gluten and chicken eggs. But, like all children, she wants something tasty and sweet. And I decided to experiment. So I substituted goat butter for regular butter, quail eggs for chicken eggs and used Provena gluten-free flakes and gluten-free flour. The rest is prescription. I made half a portion, because I was not sure of the result, taking into account all these changes. Here's what happened:

The cookies are very tasty, a little crumbly, since gluten-free flour is used, but real, unlike what is sold in stores for allergy sufferers, which are full of preservatives, additives and dyes! I hope my daughter will like it!
Thanks for the recipe!

It turned out to be very tasty gluten-free and lactose-free cookies !!!

Karisha, lovely cookies, thanks!

Can you replace butter with something? Very fatty on creamy.

Very fatty on creamy
reduce its amount by reporting, for example, yogurt (kefir, or bake on sour cream, there will be no friability, but still very tasty
Fields
shlyk_81, Madam. And you can clarify the proportions. Oatmeal requires more water than wheat flour.
shlyk_81
Fields, Paul., I take 200 grams of oat flour, 120 grams of wheat. Everything else is prescription.

Thanks to the author for the recipe. Delicious. But the non-chewable elements of oatmeal remain in the mouth, although they were crushed with a blender well. It is worth trying with oatmeal flour. Or dilute oatmeal flour with some liquid and let stand, swell and soften.

The cookies are awesome! Very delicious! I did everything according to the recipe, I put 200g of flour :) the only sugar is a little sweet, next time I will put 200g

So, I got a cookie, moreover, it turned out delicious and a little stringy, just the way I love oatmeal cookies, But .... why am I so inattentively reading that !!! in general, the neat balls I fit into one baking sheet and the distance between them seemed normal ... after five minutes in the oven I have one continuous oatmeal liver on the baking sheet))) but I cut it hot and already tried it - very tasty - recommend!!! thanks for the recipe!

I'm waiting for my granddaughter any minute. I will definitely offer her to make cookies according to your recipe. She loves to cook here.
