Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 4 thin glasses
Water 1 and 1/3 cups
vodka 2 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1/2 tsp
Minced meat:
Fatty lamb, beef or pork (you can mix it to your liking) 700g
onion 3 heads
kefir 1 glass
cilantro, parsley and dill taste
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil water with salt and oil.

  • We pass the meat through a meat grinder, it is possible with onions. But ideally, the onion is chopped with a knife. (I chop onions and herbs in a blender.)
  • Add salt, spices, herbs and kefir to the minced meat.

  • In the meantime, our dough has already rested.

  • Cut the dough into pieces. Roll out the dough from each part very thinly, about 1 mm thick. Put a plate on top and cut out such cakes with a knife.

  • Smooth the minced meat with a thin layer on one half of the flat cake.

  • Cover with the other half and squeeze out the air, seal tightly (you can moisten the edges with water).

  • Pour 2-3 cm of vegetable oil into a saucepan and, after waiting until the oil warms up well, dip a small piece of dough into it (it will remove the unnecessary smell). Fry pasties on both sides over medium heat, until golden brown.

Yesterday I made such cheburechkas - I liked it! The dough is softer than just dumplings. The only thing that confused me was that the dough was 1 mm thick in the recipe, I rolled it out thicker.

These are my memories of tomato juice.
