Galyunya1, are you talking about this? this is a pressure cooker, a very successful model - an analogue UNITA and other pressure cookers. Take it, but on our forum there are no reviews about it. But this is not the point. They are riveted at one Chinese factory, together with units, ARS, Polaris, etc., good toys for us girls

Multicooker-pressure cooker Redber MC-D511 and MC-D611

I read there and she has very good opportunities and modes. Without pressure, you can cook in it like in a slow cooker.

Hello everyone! I have been the owner of the Redber MC-M600 multicooker-pressure cooker for a week. The experience of communicating with her is still small.
But what can I say for sure about her:
- delay start NO
- there are no automatic programs either

All control is a knob - "twist" - that is, mechanical control. You can set the time up to 30 minutes. The time counts down after the pressure is built up. And besides, there is no signal about the end of the program - just a click (but I sometimes don't hear it). The plate is just a hint about which food to cook and how much. I, (accustomed to Supra MCS-4501 - also available) tried to poke these "buttons", but the saucepan is silent.

I cooked in it corn porridge (milk), rice porridge with pumpkin (milk) and chicken ventricles and hearts with potatoes. That's all for now!
leno4k @
Multicooker-pressure cooker Redber MC-D511 and MC-D611
Here is my corn porridge in a Redber MC-M600.
1 liter of milk (I only had 0.5 liters of 2.5% milk + 0.5 liters of water)
1 multi-cup (up to the 160 mark) corn grits
1 tsp salt
25 g butter
sugar to taste

Close the valve. Turn the timer knob for 5 minutes. Enable. After finishing cooking, turned the knob to OFF (it was near the "0" mark) and pulled it out of the socket. I released the pressure slowly.I opened it, there was liquid on top, and cereal below. Stirred. It turned out a little liquid porridge. But when she stood for a little, that's it.

P.S. If I wrote the recipe in the wrong place, I'm sorry. Poke where you need to, I'll rewrite.

P.P.S. I forgot to write that I found the recipe on another site and fitted it to my saucepan.

Congratulations! Delicious! Master and wait for new recipes !!!

Thank you! I will continue to experiment.

leno4k @, and the pressure is released by itself, if you do not touch it? How about the bowl? High quality or so-so? And then there are no reserves
leno4k @
Aygul, the pressure will drop by itself, you just need to disconnect it from the outlet. If you do not turn it off, then it will constantly maintain the temperature, and the pressure.
The bowl is wonderful! It was somehow that a fish got stuck at the bottom (it did not burn, namely a brown film). I poured warm water into the bowl and left it for a few minutes. Then she rubbed it with a soft sponge and everything was washed off. But in this "saucepan" the power is 1000W. Well, as for scratches, I use multi and wooden scoops. So it looks powerful, no delicate coating. And I did not meet the spare wheel

Rice porridge with milk and pumpkin. The Redber MS-M600.
Multicooker-pressure cooker Redber MC-D511 and MC-D611
For porridge, I took:
3 multi-cups pumpkin (medium diced)
1 multi-glass round grain rice (washed several times)
2 multi-glasses of milk 2.5%
2 multi-glasses of water
0.5 tsp salt
4 tsp Sahara
1 tbsp. l. butter
Cooking time - 5 minutes. When the time was up, she turned it off. I waited for the pressure to drop. (There is a float valve in the lid - when there is pressure, it is raised, when there is no pressure, it fails. Well, I looked,: girl_cleanglasses: the float is lowered and opened.)
In the photo - 1) when I opened the lid; 2) when mixed; 3) in a plate.

Thanks for the answer. I am glad that the cup is good. And about the pressure relief. Is it reset only if you unplug it from the outlet? By the way, does it automatically switch to Keep warm there? If yes, then disconnect, it turns out, there are no buttons, just pull out of the socket, right?

There is an inscription OFF, so you need to scroll the timer knob to it and it seems that it should turn off and start the pressure release. I turn the knob to OFF and "pull" from the socket. I feel so comfortable. Honestly, I did not check whether it will continue to maintain the temperature and pressure or not if I turn it OFF. And if you need it urgently, you can slowly (not in one jerk, but gradually) manually release the pressure. But only carefully, you can burn yourself with steam. And with milk porridge, it's better to wait until the pressure itself subsides.
Keeping warm begins as soon as the time that was set at the beginning to prepare the dish runs out. There are no buttons there to turn off - only a timer knob and a truncated.
To the cartoon, such a miserable instruction was attached that you have to go to everything yourself.
Probably you wrote it overwhelmingly? I'm sorry.
Aygul
It's not very clear, but I haven't held it in my hands yet, haven't twisted it
leno4k @
Here's what the instructions say: (this is for Redber models MC-M500, MC-M600, MC-M400, MC-M305, MC-M205, MC-M401, MC-M301)
1) After completing the preparation for cooking, turn the timer knob and set it to the desired position (set the cooking time).
Table:
loose porridge, rice - 5-10 minutes;
thick porridge, mashed potatoes - 10-15 minutes;
soup - 15-20 minutes;
meat - 20-25 minutes;
beans, beans, jelly - 25-30 minutes.
2) When the required cooking time is set, insert the plug into the outlet to turn on the multicooker, the heating mode indicator light will turn on.
3) After the pressure inside the multicooker reaches the desired value, the heating turns off and the multicooker switches to the pressure maintenance mode.
4) When the set cooking time has elapsed (the timer knob goes to the "OFF" position), a sound signal will sound and the multicooker will automatically switch to heating mode. The multicooker can keep cooked food at 60-80 degrees for 8 hours, however, in order to get the best cooking result, it is not recommended to leave food in the warming mode for more than 6 hours.

But she is silent with me, there is no signal. And the timer knob stops at the digit "0". So I don't know if it's a marriage or what?
That's probably the whole instruction. ; -D Apart from general information on how to use the electric pressure cooker.

Girls.
I bought this Redber MC-M600 pressure cooker. While cooking on programs with automatic time setting. I digested the borsch. Time should have been set less. And everyone warned about the water and seemed to pour less, but still poured it, it turned out a little thin. Stewed beef not defrosted for 30 minutes, it was harsh, set for another 30 minutes. The meat turned out to be wonderful soft, fragrant. I'm happy with the pressure cooker. And over time, you need to cook and adapt to taste. But in general, in a multicooker I would cook this meat for 3 hours, or even more.
leno4k @
Chamomile1, congratulations on your purchase!
A pressure cooker is a thing! I am also very happy with mine!
We are waiting for delicious recipes.

I cooked jellied meat yesterday. Pork ear, pork leg, chicken leg and a couple of beef pieces for assortment. Poured water to the highest line on which you can cook according to the instructions. I like a lot of clear jelly on top of the meat. Therefore there is so much water. All the meat was preliminarily brought to a boil on the stove and the water with foam was drained. I washed all the meat pieces and only then put them in the pressure cooker. I always do this when I make soups and jellied meat. I added salt, peppercorns, 1 piece of bay leaf, because I read that in a pressure cooker it gives bitterness to dishes and did not dare to put more. For 30 min. for meat. Then, without disconnecting for another 30 minutes. Opened by forcibly bleeding steam. The result is too boiled over. Next time I'll try to open it after the first 30 minutes. But it still turned out very tasty. Finely chopped fresh garlic into the finished meat and poured it with hot broth on top. Everything froze well. Delicious. There is one more pork ear and leg in the freezer. I will cook in less time - I will report.

And now, in an urgent order, I ended up with my grandmother in the Kuban, I have to cook a lot and for a large number of people, and therefore my husband and I ran to a local household appliances store in search of a pressure cooker. Only Redber-511 and -500 were here. We decided to take the 511th.
As soon as we returned from the store, I immediately began to cook.
There was no chemical or other unpleasant smell, and therefore I washed the bowl and lid and simply put about 1 liter of water on the Soup mode for 5 minutes. Rather, to look at the valve and steam release before cooking.
In general, it was necessary to stew meat and potatoes. There was pork chopped into small pieces, potatoes, carrots in strips, onions, parsnips in strips, spices. There was a lot of everything, since a lot of people had to be fed, so I laid the food to the very eyeballs, even just above the last mark of 4.5 liters. She poured half a cup of water, although she could not have added it. Meat mode 30 min. (Next time I will put 25 minutes no more). After 16 minutes, the valve hissed, and after another minute it closed and the countdown began. In my opinion, everything happened quickly for such a huge load. After 30 minutes I was not there, so I did not hear the signal, and whether it was. I relieved the pressure myself in half a minute, maybe a little longer. It turned out to be a gorgeous (although a bit overcooked) potato with soft meat.Aroma, taste, speed of preparation - everything made me happy.
All this saucepan was eaten at a time, but the food still stuck to the bottom of the bowl. This upset me.
By the way, the bowl in 511 has a honeycomb bottom, and in the 500th it is smooth. But we were in such a hurry that there was no time to compare their sizes and shapes.
Another thing that did not please me was the lack of a steam stand.
Now the plans include the preparation of milk porridge, baked milk, jellied meat, pilaf, garnish barley and borscht.
Can someone tell you the optimal cooking time for these dishes? I have to leave in a couple of days, I have to have time to teach my grandmother, but I myself don't know! ..
Vei
She put milk rice porridge to cook.
1 cup (200 ml) round, washed three times rice with 4 cups of homemade milk (from the refrigerator) and 2 cups of cold water, a pinch of salt, and 1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara. Soup mode - 15 minutes.
After 10 minutes, the valve closed and the countdown began. But as in the 305th model, some kind of bearing is constantly heard, which is not in the Brand 6050.

Let's see what happens ...

Congratulations on your new territories and pressure cookers!

The lack of a steam stand is, of course, a minus, they need to hint

I personally like the honeycomb bottom more than the smooth one. At 305 the bottom is smooth.

To heat milk for 1.5 hours, and in general, you know how to handle pressure cookers, everything is the same in time as in others

Yesterday I cooked old, tough beef. Onion, carrot, frozen mushrooms (not defrosted), 2 potatoes (peeled for another dish, do not throw away). a spoonful of sour cream, a spoonful of mayonnaise, a spoonful of mustard, a mixture of peppers, salt for pouring on top. She cut everything and put it in a bowl and mixed. I cooked for 30 minutes. on meat. The meat is excellent and even the potatoes did not fall apart into porridge. For such a tough beef, time is just right. The pressure cooker blew off the steam itself. I was in no hurry, and the meat was not very good. I think it was getting ready while the steam was leaving.
The garnish included pasta. At the bottom of the bowl there is a little vegetable oil and in them I fried the horns a little on rice, sometimes stirring. I poured it with hot water so that it covered the horns on top (there was a lot of water, it was necessary not to completely cover it), for rice the minimum time is 10 minutes. (a lot, you need to turn it off forcibly earlier or do it on another program for a shorter time). The horns are not boiled, they did not fall apart, but as for me, I like the denser ones that are slightly not cooked. Opened forcibly, bleed off steam. She opened it, put in a piece of butter and mixed. They did not stick together and turned out delicious.

I unsubscribe, after 15 minutes the program ended in another 10 minutes the valve opened the rice was completely boiled, but the porridge was still thin, but after standing for another hour on the heating it turned out to be of the correct density and melting in taste. There was no melted aftertaste. Everyone liked it very much.

But the cup makes me very, very upset, the food sticks too much to the bottom, and to wash this nonsense it takes so much time and effort to put in, I did not know such grief with my other MVi SLE!
Everything gets hammered into these honeycombs, you can wash the figs!

But otherwise, like cooking.

In my MC-M600, food also sticks to the bottom of the bowl. I fill it (the bowl) with warm water and leave it for a while. After that, everything can be easily washed with a simple dish sponge.

firstly, it discharges steam, and secondly, my drip tray is clean and dry, and how much I cooked everyone in it, and the lid is clean, that is, this bearing and light bubbling absolutely do not lead to contamination of the lid, but unnecessary condensate is thus discharged
leno4k @
Yes, in mine too, the lid is always clean and there is nothing in the drip tray. Only when I remove the lid does the water pour from it.

Made from pike, something like canned food. The bones are soft. Does anyone need a recipe?
Of course, come on!
leno4k @
Here is the prescription! Canned pike. (In Redber MC-M600)
Multicooker-pressure cooker Redber MC-D511 and MC-D611
1.5-2 kg of pike - peeled, cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick (as for frying), salt a little and put in the refrigerator for 1 day.
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. l. sugar (don't be afraid, it won't be sweet!)
1 tsp citric acid
about 0.5 stack. grows up. odorless oils
0.5 tsp hops-suneli
0.5 tsp turmeric
4-5 laurel leaves
a few peppercorns
50 ml strong tea leaves
Pour a little grows into the bottom of the bowl. butter and lay the pieces of pike. I got 2 layers - the 1st where the vertebrae are thicker, the 2nd where the vertebrae are thinner.
Sprinkle with spices on top.
Stir salt, sugar, citric acid in hot tea leaves. Pour over fish. Pour the remaining grows on top. oil.
I cooked for 30 minutes. Very soft and crumbly into pieces. I think you can take 25 minutes.
The valve did not open. Let the pressure drop by itself.
The taste is amazing! The vertebrae are very lightly felt and chewed easily.

I just read somewhere that pike cannot be stored for a long time. You can get poisoned. Therefore, it is not worth doing a lot of this canned food.

Don't take the 511 model!
Everything in it would be great: she cooks porridge, milk does not run away, stews, bakes, BUT everything sticks so terribly, sticks and burns, it's a nightmare !!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to wash!

Incredibly disgusting bowl, it spoils and negates all the advantages of this otherwise excellent pressure cooker!

But what would be cooked in it, everything will necessarily and inevitably stick and will not wash off !!!! I'm shocked!

I didn’t understand who you were asking ... I’m leaving tomorrow morning and say goodbye to this saucepan, but it’s a shame for my grandmother. The pressure cooker itself is good, but the bowl sucks, and most importantly, here I have neither the time nor the opportunity to change anything.
During these 2 days, in addition to potatoes with meat and rice porridge, I also managed to cook shank, carp and carp in my own juice, chanakhs with chicken, casserole, potatoes in uniforms and just chicken legs.
Everything turned out VERY tasty and fast, but I washed this fucking bowl three times longer than she cooked, and this is without taking into account the three hours for soaking the bowl after each cooking (!)
They decided to cook jelly without me for 9 days, but I seemed to explain everything how to do ...

Your 511 pressure cooker is compatible with bowls from other pressure cookers. Visit our friendly site dedicated to multicooker. I read a summary table there for what which cup fits. I can't give a link. I didn’t keep it, because there are no spare bowls for my 611 yet.

Strange Well, I don't think they poured cold water into an uncooled bowl. What is the reason for the changed coverage? Presumably, all bowls from this company should be of the same quality. Unclear...

I'm telling you, while I remember, maybe someone will come in handy. She cooked river fish (carp and carp) in her own juice.I wanted to steam, but there was no semblance of a double boiler, and therefore I just put the fish cut into portions on the bottom, salt and pepper, a little coriander, shifted with herbs, leaves (feathers) of young garlic, and carrot rings. I set the Rice mode for 10 minutes (this turned out to be a lot), it is better to set it for 8 minutes and bleed off the steam yourself. It turned out aspic from fish

I also cooked CHANAKHI from chicken
It turned out very tasty. Soup mode 15 minutes without self-relieving pressure.

Then there was another casserole, or rather rice and curd pudding, but problems arose with it due to the terrible quality of the bowl

Agree. The bowl is so-so. The coating adheres as if burnt. I make baked goods only on baking paper. Rice and pearl barley do not burn. And I cook everything else in sauces, so it's okay. It helps that I like semi-liquid milk porridge, like thick-thick soup. Therefore, they do not burn. I believe that you cannot cook steep milk porridge in it. I know how to launder. And poured hot water, and poured soda, by the way, it is better washed with soda. Is not washed to the end. I had a Supra slow cooker and baked goods popped out of it. And there was no need to wash the bowl afterwards. So, wipe it with a cloth.
