Cooking method

Judging by the rabbit cooked in it, the meat was cooked quickly, tasty, and the boil in the pan is very active. I liked cooking, I will continue to practice in it, especially vegetables, where delicate stewing is required.

I really wanted (and for a long time) to cook in ceramics, to try this dish. It turned out that stewing something in it over a very slow fire is the very thing! Thick walls and bottom keep warm well at the smallest fire.

Of course, you can do without such a pan ... A saucepan with a thick bottom and a slow fire - this will be enough - take the rabbit and its legs and go
