Chicken with garlic sauce

Ingredients

2 chicken (cut in half) 800 gr. each
water 500 ml
brown sugar (honey) 1 tbsp. l.
salt 3 tbsp. l. with a slide
wine vinegar 50 ml
Bay leaf 4-5 sheet.
peppercorns
highly carbonated table or mineral water 50 ml
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
garlic Sause:
garlic 1 head
olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil)) 50 ml
juice of 1 lemon
water 50 ml
salt. ground black pepper
some chili

Cooking method

  • It's very simple, but how delicious it is !!! The aroma was on the whole district !!!
  • marinade:
  • place in a saucepan water, sugar (honey), salt, pepper, vinegar and bay leaf, bring to a boil, remove from heat and cool.
  • add mineral water. mix and marinade the chicken, press down with a load on top, put in a cool place for 10-12 hours.
  • place the marinated chicken in an ovenproof dish, pour in a little marinade and add oil. cover with a lid or foil.
  • bake in a preheated oven to 200 "C for 20 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • serve immediately, sprinkle with garlic sauce.
  • preferably with green salad and very fresh crispy bread.
  • garlic Sause:
  • Stir the grated garlic with water, lemon juice, oil, pepper and salt, let it brew.
