Ingredients

kefir 300 ml
fresh / dry yeast 10 g / 1.5 h. l
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 0.5 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
flour 400-450 g
FILLING
suluguni (feta cheese) 300-400 g
egg 1 PC.
FOR LUBRICATION
yolk and butter

Cooking method

  • Grate the cheese (I also added a piece of Russian, I had to "dispose of"), add the egg and mix. If someone wants salting filling, then you can add salt to taste.
  • Kneaded the dough in a bread maker on the TESTO program. Divided in half and rolled out 2 sheets 4-5 mm thick.
  • I put a sheet of dough on a baking sheet, put the filling evenly, covered with a second sheet, pinched the edges in the center, made a hole for air to escape and put it on for proofing (30-40 minutes). Smeared with yolk and put in a hot oven (170 * -180 * C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Immediately grease the top of the khachapuri with butter.
  • You can eat hot, cut into portions.
