Description of the bread maker LG HB-205 CJ

 Bread maker LG HB-205

Hello!
Yesterday I bought an LG HB-205CJ, I did not have time to try it because I came home late. Today I came to lunch from work and put on "Egg Bread". It turned out very much even nothing. Such a question:
is it possible to use the bread maker a couple of times in a row, with a break to prepare the mixture for the next bread.
Thank you in advance
Anastasia
Usually, stoves have a limiter - until the stove cools down, the new program does not turn on and the program is not installed.
Uncle Sam
Can.
Only after pulling out the bucket, put the stove with the lid open in a draft. And after taking out the bread from the bucket, wash it first with warm and then cold water.
You will save a few tens of minutes.

I hoped that it would pass, but so far there is no impression that the paint metallic smells so unpleasant on the case when heated, communicated with the manager of lies Ukraine in Kiev says go to the service center but I don't know ...
can wait
and I had to choose this particular model
although the choice was small ...

My parents had 152 Skiing smelled like that at first. (although it has a metal case, without silver)
Yesterday I asked my parents. The smell was completely gone by September (bought in July, baked goods every other day).

We got an LG HB-205 CJ bread maker. According to the instructions, the bread maker should stand on a heat-resistant stand during operation. Who has this model on what. Please tell me
Boo Boo
I think it all depends on where your stove will be. For example, I don't use coasters at all, because kitchen furniture and a dishwasher allow you to put hot pots and pans without a stand. So maybe you shouldn't bother.

How did the negligent sellers deceive you so? The instruction is there - you can turn off, the Korean translators did their best. I can't send it, I have one, but I can easily answer the questions. I am mastering the third day, but I have already realized everything.

Dear bakers!
I bought a LG 205 HB bread maker a year ago. I couldn't get enough of it. And here, when moving, the instructions and recipes for her were lost. This is a catastrophe! Because I don't remember him. Can someone tell me where to find such information? I would be very grateful, since I can’t eat purchased bread anymore ...
Hope
Take any recipe from the forum. They are suitable for all stoves.
Lenusya
Shurshunya, if you want recipes from the book - on the site on the left in the column of manufacturers there is LG, there you can choose a model and download instructions, but unfortunately there is no instruction on 205, but on 156 there are - the recipes are the same in all LV. See if it comes in handy

Excuse me, please!
Can not understand. We bought a Berk bread maker, tried to bake bread. It seems that I did everything according to the instructions, but the bread did not work out. It fit well, the sides are fried, the crust is crispy, tasty, but the top is opal and not brown
Rita
mshorina,
the top is always paler than the sides due to the design features of the stove. And it falls off either a large amount of yeast or an excess of water.
Bring your recipe, then it will be clearer where the mistake was made.

Dear bakers, help! I bought a Panasonic 255 oven. I tried to bake bread according to the main recipe and nothing happened. The result is a half-burnt brick 6 cm thick and two centimeters of unmixed flour around the edges. I read the description twice and repeated - the same result. A friend has Moulinex and there is a completely different sequence of ingredients.

You measured flour with what? If in glasses, then note that ml is indicated there for liquids, and flour is measured in grams, and these are different things.
And the yeast might not have been put in, or it turned out to be bad, but judging by the unmixed flour, there was still a lot of it.

I took the recipe attached to the bread maker:
Traditional white bread

Loaf weight 750 g

Water 270 ml
Oil 1 table spoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Powdered milk 1.5 tablespoon
Sugar 1.5 tablespoon
Bakery wheat flour the highest sor 380 g
Dry friends 3/4 sachet
Program: BASIC
It seems that I measured everything correctly. Now what confused me: - I took SAF-MOMENT yeast. The bag says that 1 bag is for 1 kg of flour. According to the instructions, I took 3/4 of the bag, and the flour is only 380 grams. So it was necessary to take less yeast than half a bag.
Am I right in thinking?
Lenusya
yeast is enough 1 teaspoon
Add flour to a normal kolobok during kneading and you will be happy
And read the topic that I gave you the link Lina
Rita
I warn you right away that I do not have Panasonic. And there is no Saf yeast.
I take 400 g of flour for 240 ml of water, and less than a teaspoon of dry yeast. In this version, everything turns out great. In my opinion, somewhere flashed that in the book of recipes for Panasonic the wrong amount of liquid - must be reduced. But I dare not say so.

Now I've switched to compressed yeast - I put them in only 5 grams. And the bread comes out that you need! Much better than dry yeast. Luxurious and tender.
And don't forget to sift the flour.
Good luck.

I read the topics, I guess I'm still here.
It seems that we have had the stove for more than a year. And that's what began to happen to her. A couple of months ago, I noticed a crack in the lower right corner of the window. (I'll post a photo later) The crack is large enough - it goes from the bottom of the window to the right. That is, it turned out that the glass (or rather plastic) split into two parts. It is strange, because nothing was dropped on the stove, nothing cold was leaning against the hot glass.
Well, okay, I thought. There is no hole, but a crack - figs with it.
A few days ago I saw that there were still cracks. They crawled from the right side of the window to its lower side in the already cracked part of the glass. That is, when the first crack appeared, it divided the window into two parts - a large one and a small one. And here in this small part more cracks have appeared, which divide this part into several more pieces.
And here I became thoughtful - so they can fall out.
Maybe someone can know why this is happening? I do not cover the window with foil during baking. The oven is open. Physical harm is not done to her. My thoughts are from some strange temperature drop. But how?

py. sy. I'm posting pictures as I promised. worse than I thought. I looked more closely from the inside and found cracks in all four corners. they come from the very corners of the glass, and there are holes nearby in the lid body. type holes are so conceived. so I think that hot air through these holes gets to the corners of the glass from the inside. probably due to the temperature difference inside and outside the glass crackles ... by the way, it's not cold here - what are the differences? ...
The first photo is outside (I did not unfold the first photo), and the rest are from the inside ...

Here is such a garbage, has anyone come across a similar one?

py. py. sy. just tried to send a letter to LG support. do not send email Type asks to try later
Gin
And again I am with the report. The letter to the LG support service could not be sent in any way and never. Later, when I was looking for a service, I called the support service and asked a question about the mail. They told me something indistinct about some work on the server and so on.
Having called 3-4 service centers, I became the owner of the following information - no one will change the window for me separately. But ordering a cover from Moscow is always welcome. Since everyone told me that there are 3 of them in a warehouse in Moscow, I concluded that there is only one warehouse. But the service markups are different. I was offered a cover for 2050r. and for 1900r. and for 1750 rubles. With an average price of our bread machine 5500r. give 1750r. behind the cover - a bit too much.
In general, we sealed the window with silicone (it keeps the temperature, does not emit toxins). The view, of course, not a factory one, but I didn't care about that.
In the course of the play, the cause of the cracks became clear. The window sat very tightly on the metal part of the lid. When heated, the metal, expanding, broke the window. Unfortunately, during the renovation, we did not photograph the process. I'll post the photo of the window later (I still need to photograph).
Py. Sy. Although I always read the instructions, the fact of the removable cover of our stove somehow eluded me. Imagine my horror when my husband brought a lid into my room and began to explain something!
It's so cool! Removable easily. It can be washed! xy xy xy

Gin,
I looked at your photos, where the cracked window is, I felt sorry for your stove,
with my stove there was a similar situation, although my window did not crack, but melted.
and the oven itself from another company. but still, what if my story of resuscitation of my stove will be useful to you.
Even though mine was completely new, I managed to break it, they melt the viewing window.
It was my own fault, instead of 10 minutes of heating as in the instructions, I set it to the maximum, for 90 minutes empty, I remembered about it only when the smell of some kind of chemical went, I got scared, maybe the stove is new, I haven’t used it yet. once, and I was scared of my husband, just imagined what he would tell me in the evening when he found out and saw what I had done with the stove.
To begin with, I carefully examined the lid to understand how it was assembled, whether it was possible to disassemble it, realized that it was fastened with 5 bolts, unscrewed them with a screwdriver, to my happiness everything was just there, - I just removed the melted plastic window, found a piece of simple glass from the photo frame, cut out of it with a glass cutter in the shape of my melted rectangle the same glass one, inserted instead of the old one and screwed the bolts. The only thing is that the bolts need to be tightened not from one edge, but then from the other, but alternately, they first one bolt without undue effort on one side, then the other on the other, and at the end the last fifth one - the one in the middle, this is necessary in order to the cover does not jar so that it creates uniform pressure on the glass.
The oven has been baking like a cute one for a month now, every other day, there are no complaints, the glass fits perfectly, it doesn't smell like plastic in terms of plan, it doesn't melt or crack. The crust on top of the bread is excellent, browns perfectly.
And my husband only recently found out about this whole story and even said that if the window had not melted, we would not have known that there was plastic there, but the glass is still more environmentally friendly, no secretions and odors of strangers.

Gin
veranikalenanika, thank you. Well done! I'm not able to fix something myself And we repaired the window with silicone - it didn't turn out very nicely, because they covered with silicone not only the joint along the cracks, but also around. And I don't care - we don't dance at the ball with her
veranikalenanika
Gin, thanks for the compliment,
But what are you, what a fine fellow I am - to ditch the stove the first time, I was just very scared of my husband, so this decision came in an extreme situation.
And you know, the most interesting thing is that, before doing the repair myself, I first called the store to the technical support department and they said that they would not replace the cover, because they did not have spare ones, they offered to exchange hb, but in the warehouse of these
there were no more models, because this model will no longer be supplied to Russia, so they simply offered to return us the money for the stove, the stove is under warranty and this should not be so that the plastic melted, apparently there was a plastic defect. But I refused to take money or another model, I just fell in love with this oven (outwardly, I really like it).

Gentlemen, maybe someone knows ... We bought a bucket in the service center for the lg hb-205cj stove, but it turned out to be 1.8 cm lower in height. Can I use it or return it to the service center immediately?
Tasyanya
Dear bakers! I also have a ski stove 205! I read on the forum that it turns out delicious rye bread. White I get excellent! But rye ... doesn't work at all. Baked and according to the recipe, which is in the instructions (with sourdough), baked "Darnitsky" from this site. Not tasty bread! Maybe you have some secrets ?! Please share !!!!
Judecator
Dear Tasyanya, you have rye bread, but gray. I don't really like him either. Bread like Borodinsky is tastier, but this requires rye malt - the color and taste are completely different.
alison
Dear LG HB-205CJ owners. Tell me, how convenient and easy is the stove to operate? Have you used any other bread makers? Maybe someone bought and switched to another? Or vice versa? I choose the first stove of three models. I started right away with Algie, her husband saw her at someone's place, said that he had received a very good response. Outwardly like it, like the price. But it’s embarrassing that Algie’s washing machine .. Washes poorly ((And I didn’t use anything else from this company’s products.
I want simplicity and ease of use from the stove, since we both work, there will be no time to look for recipes and constantly try something new.
Judecator
Yes, it is convenient and simple, but better than the Panasonic 257, there is a direct VEPECHKA mode! I had it (LG) first, so I can make a comparison (both are in working order)
Gin
I had no other, there is nothing to compare with, but in terms of functions, everything suits.
a Baking - this is the "Cupcake" button - heating immediately goes on, no kneading.
Judecator
Unfortunately, Borodino bread cannot be baked in the KEKS mode (1.5 hours of baking)

Good evening everyone!!!!! I'm new to the forum .... if something is wrong I wrote sorry:: pardon: recently presented LG-205 ... I tried to bake French, it turned out very good bread, but the cupcakes are not baked: cray: is it possible to somehow increase the time? 1h 10m is not enough until fully cooked: cray: waited for the oven to cool down and turned on the program again cooked according to this recipe: 1 st sour cream, 1 st sugar 3 eggs 1.5 st flour 1.5 tsp soda slaked glass = 300ml
Natusichka
Please tell me which bucket is needed for this model: 1.5 or 2 liters?
sazalexter
Natusichka, 1.5 liter models: HB-151, HB-152, HB-154, HB-155, HB-156, HB-157, HB-159, HB-1051, HB-2001, HB-2051, HB- 205

Natusichka
Alexander! The fact is that I have an LG HB-205CJ model, we cannot decide which one to take: 1.5 or 2 liters ?!
From your link, I realized that I need 1.5 liters, right?
sazalexter
