boiled condensed milk 300 gr.
butter at room temperature 150 gr.
butter cream:
cream 35% 150. gr
sour cream 40% 250 gr.
White chocolate 50 gr.
powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.
for cake decoration:
ground walnuts 70 gr.
some ground pistachios dry tea rose chocolate chips

Cooking method

  • in the 4th - poppy
  • bake the cakes one at a time in an oven preheated to 180-190 "for 15 minutes. focus on your oven !!!
  • caramel cream:
  • beat the butter and, without stopping beat, gradually introduce the condensed milk.
  • butter cream:
  • melt chocolate and cool.
  • Whip cream until firm peaks.
  • Beat sour cream with powder and gently combine with cream and chocolate, stirring with a spatula.
  • assembly:
  • Soak the chocolate cake, grease with half of the caramel cream.
  • cover with nut crust and brush with butter (slightly less than half)
  • cover with lemon crust and brush with butter, leaving a little to grease the edges of the cake. top with sun-dried cherries.
  • cover with poppy cake and brush with caramel cream.

  • cover the whole cake with ground walnuts and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Once I made this cake. There was no 26cm form. I replaced it with form 24. I realized that the bigger form is better.The cakes turned out to be high, and there was a feeling that there was more dough than cream. I would like to repeat this cake for the birthday of the child. Only a child asks to decorate with fruit drenched in jelly. I've never done this before. Should the fruit be placed on a dough or cream base? Can jelly be made on agar? Thanks for the help!
