My mistakes: I added raisins according to the recipe (I have a peach) right away when adding all the ingredients. When, after 35 minutes, I heard a sound signal, I began to look for the reason for it in the instructions. It turned out to be a signal for adding additives to the dough such as fruits, nuts, and cereal mix. I don’t know how it played on baked goods, but it looks like a very appetizing pie!

Butter bread with sesame flour.
What beauty

Today I decided to bake sweeter than ordinary bread, took a recipe from program number 6 (tab 750g), only there were no raisins, but ground cinnamon and blueberry jam howled, in general, I mixed liquids (milk + eggs), crumbled pieces of butter, sugar and salt, and then put it in the HP and set it for kneading the dough to grind the butter and dissolve the sugar and salt. After a few minutes, small fragments of butter remained, and then I added flour (I did not add about 30g, for addition during the kneading process), added dry fast yeast. I put the dough for kneading, in the process I added 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, added crits and it turned out to be an excellent bun. As a result, when the heating for baking turned on, I opened the lid, pierced the top in some places (squeezed the cuts with a knife, because if you pulled out the blade, they immediately tightened) and added a little jam there (it is more pleasant when pastries are also something ACCEPTED). After the end of baking, I received this handsome man (the hat rose above the form):

this is a cutaway when he cooled down

it tasted with a crispy crumbly crust and sides, and in the inside was the softest and most airy dough !!!
I just forgot to take out the kneader again, before the last rise of the dough (it is better to extract and the view from the bottom is more beautiful without the kneader).
