Ingredients


Dry yeast1 tsp
Gluten0.5 tsp
Wheat flour350 g
Rye flour60 g (no more)
Salt1.5 tsp.
Syrup2 tbsp. l.
Mustard oil1 tbsp. l.
Beer140 ml
Water140 ml
thought and added 0.5 teaspoon of cumin

Cooking method


  • The beer stood in a glass on the table for 10 minutes (the foam settled), then I poured water up to 280 ml into it.
  • After taking it out of the mold quickly, I brushed it with the leftover beer. That was the AROMA Beer bread in a bread maker!!!

Now I bake this gluten-free, not nearly worse !!!! (and sometimes I replace rye flour with rye sourdough, finally - super!)
Structure
0.5 tsp dry yeast
350 g bread flour
100 g rye sourdough
1.5 tsp. salt
1-2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp. l. mustard oil (I take different oil, not necessarily mustard oil)
140 ml of beer (or kvass)
50 ml water
0.5 teaspoon of cumin
Basic mode.

Something like this, look behind the bun .. I sometimes add torment.
