Sugar 50 g

Egg in dough 55 g

Cooking method

  • Crumble yeast into flour, add softened butter, sugar, milk powder, water, salt and beaten egg in pieces.
  • Knead soft and elastic dough, knead with a food processor 10 minutes.
  • Place the finished dough in a bowl, cover and leave on 1 hour at room temperature.
  • Then grease the muffin molds with butter or margarine.
  • Divide the matched dough into 24 parts, each weighing approximately 40 g and divide each piece into 3 parts.
  • Roll into small balls and place in a muffin mold over 3 ball together.
