So I was faced with the fact that I don't understand at all how to bake sourdough bread, everyone's recipes are abstract ... I don't understand how much sourdough is needed for a certain weight of bread (for example, 500 g), the ratio of flour and sourdough water. Already not happy with the purchase, I was upset. Help!
