Miracle stuffed kohlrabi pots

Ingredients

Kohlrabi 3 pcs.
Can be stuffed with different fillings
Filling I:
Minced meat 200 g
Hard boiled eggs 3 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Green onion small bundle
Dill and any greens of your choice small bundle
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Garlic 1/2 clove
Cheese 50-70 g
Filling II:
Boiled ham / sausage 200 g
Hard boiled eggs 3 pcs.
Green onion small bundle
Dill / any greens of your choice small bundle
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Cheese 50-70 g

Cooking method

  • This dish is very popular with all household members, especially my youngest one.
  • - My kohlrabi, cut off the greens and steam them whole. The time depends on the size of your fruit.
  • - After the fruits have cooled, carefully remove the pulp from them with a teaspoon, without breaking the walls,
  • the resulting pots.
  • Filling I:
  • - Three carrots on a coarse grater.
  • - Fry minced meat, carrots and chopped garlic in a small amount of oil.
  • - Cut the removed kohlrabi pulp and eggs into small cubes.
  • - Mix the fried minced meat with chopped kohlrabi pulp, chopped eggs and
  • chopped greens and greens. onions.
  • - Add some salt and season with mayonnaise.
  • - Gently stuff our kohlrabi pots with the resulting filling.
  • - Sprinkle generously the top with grated cheese and bake our "pots" in a preheated oven for 15 minutes to
  • golden color.
  • Filling II:
  • - Cut the removed kohlrabi pulp, twig / sausage and eggs into small cubes.
  • - Shred greens and onions.
  • - We mix everything, add and season with mayonnaise.
  • - Gently stuff our kohlrabi pots with the resulting filling.
  • - Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top, put in a baking dish and place our "pots"
  • into a preheated oven. We bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Miracle stuffed kohlrabi pots
  • Serve hot or cold.

Note

The excess filling can be used as a cold appetizer.
