Cooking method

Filling:

I had small pancakes, 18 cm frying pan, so I laid out 2 overlapping pancakes on the board at once, put 1-2 tbsp on top. l. curd filling, wrapped pancakes in an envelope (you can just roll up a tube).

Heat butter in a frying pan, preferably ghee (it does not burn), fry the pancakes on one side until blush, turn over to the other side - pour the pancakes with egg and sour cream filling.
Lift each pancake with a spatula so that the filling will drip under the pancakes.
Cover with a loose lid, bake pancakes until the egg-sour cream mass is cooked until omelette.
