Pancakes Sissy

Ingredients

Flour 320 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Milk 2 glasses *
Butter 100 g
Cream 1 glass *

Cooking method

  • Pour flour into a saucepan, add eggs, sugar, salt, milk. Stir everything well so that there are no lumps. Then pour in melted (and slightly cooled) butter and cream and stir everything well again.
  • Bake very thin pancakes.
  • * I have a glass of 250 ml.

Note

I bake these crepes with very toned edges, so the edges are crispy. Everyone loves this crunch very much with me - the feeling that you are eating a pancake with waffles.

Pancakes really turn out to be very tender and "lacy". And sometimes I also replace the cream with milk. It doesn't make them worse.

And I never did ... and there were no lumps ... and there is no dough here either ...
The main thing is to pour the liquid into the flour in parts, and not vice versa - to "swirl" the flour into the whole liquid. Then there won't be any lumps.
