Sugar 2/3 st. = 155 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Eggs 3 pcs.
Egg yolks 3 pcs.
Apples 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice, zest

Cooking method

  • Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Salt put in a pinch.
  • Heat milk and butter until almost boiling.
  • Beat eggs, sugar until three times the mass. I put in more vanilla sugar. And reduced the sugar to 140 g.
  • I knocked down 7 minutes with a mixer.
  • Pour the flour into the beaten eggs, stirring gently from below with a spoon or spatula.
  • Put a few spoons of dough in warm milk and stir so that there are no lumps, add to the main dough. Mix.
  • Pour the mass into the main dough, mix.
  • The biscuit can be used as a base for any cake.
  • I made it with caramelized apples.
  • Melted 1 tbsp in a frying pan. l. sugar, put a spoonful of butter, when the sugar began to turn yellow, put the sliced ​​apples. Sprinkle apples with lemon and sprinkle with zest.
  • I caramelized them and put them on the bottom of the multicooker saucepan. The bottom was greased with oil and sprinkled with semolina. There is no need to lubricate the walls. Filled with dough and baked for 60 minutes + 20.
  • Cool and turn on a double boiler.
